This will better display the group’s scale advantage and the synergy effect, helping the insurance group to achieve the objective of faster, better and stronger development. To implement interactive development between life and property insurance businesses, we must properly handle the issue of conceptual positioning, organizational management, relevant policies, earnings incentive, conflicts in cooperation, internal wear and tear, related transaction risk, etc. We should also strengthen organization and management, build up an interactive mechanism between life and property businesses, establish such an operational and management platform, design appropriate products, and innovate on the distribution model.
