[摘要]企业文化建设对于提升公司的核心竞争力,促进公司可持续发展具有重要意义。当前我国许多寿险公司已经把企业文化建设作为企业建设的一项重要内容积极推进,企业文化已经成为推动公司发展的强大动力。如何进一步理解好、把握好和挖掘好企业文化的内涵,促进企业文化建设实现战略性提升,是企业文化建设顺应新形势、新任务要求,承载新的使命,在更深层次上全面推进所面临的重要课题。以中国人寿保险股份有限公司为例,加强公司企业文化建设,必须以人为本,进一步提升广大员工对企业共同价值观的认同;以发展为主题,实施加强基层团队建设的企业文化发展策略;以创新为动力,走知识强司之路。 [关键词]寿险公司;企业文化;以人为本;共同价值观;团队建设;知识强司 [中图分类号] F840.32 [文献标识码] A [文章编号]1004-3306(2006)07-0049-03 Abstract: Corporate culture construction is of vital importance to enhancement of the insurer’s core competitiveness and sustainable development. Today, many life insurance companies have been actively promoting corporate culture cultivation and in turn, corporate culture has become a powerful driving force for insurers’ development. It is a new task, a new mission and a new topic for us to correctly understand, grasp and tap the connotation of corporate culture and to realize strategic advance in the new environment. Taking China Life Insurance Company Limited as an example, corporate culture construction must center on people and starts from creating recognition of the culture among all employees; it must take development as the theme of culture to strengthen management team at grassroots level;and it must use innovation as the driving force to empower the company with knowledge.
