The current development of the insurance market offers growing room for the development of the brokerage market. For brokerage firms to grow rapidly, they need to streamline their relationship with insurance companies and change the current situation of unilateral market structure. In terms of job division in the operational process, the insurance brokerage takes on the functions of client prospecting, risk appraisal, plan design at the front end and client followup, claim settlement and loss prevention at the back end. Insurance brokerage firms should readjust their strategic positioning and direction of development to guide insurance clients and create a brokerage market compatible with deeperlevel demands of the insurance market.
